McMaster sent us a spreadsheet containing all of the employee names, addresses, and telephone numbers. We then uploaded this information into our state of the art routing software system. Less than 1 minute later, we knew exactly how to get the job done in the most efficient way possible.
This included how many kilometers in total we would need to travel, how many routes there would be, how many drivers we would need, and how many hours it would take to deliver the packages assuming normal traffic and weather. The next day, we sent 4 drivers to the McMaster University campus
in Hamilton for 8am to pick up, and all 88 packages were delivered by the end of the day.
